How long have you been with AESG?
I’ve been with AESG from 2007 to 2019. After a short break, I returned in 2022 and have been here ever since.
What is your role at AESG?
I am responsible for the daily operations of the shipping and receiving department and also perform all of the functions of a Robotics Technician. I also conduct inventory when not engaged in the essential functions of shipping and receiving.
What about your background helps you in your current position?
I have experience as a Warehouse Clerk from past employment, which allows me to streamline shipping systems so our customers can get their equipment back faster and up and working.
What is your favorite robot to work on?
It’s hard to name one favorite as I like working on all of them to continue gaining more experience.
What would you like to learn more about?
I want to learn more about each robot’s different qualities and types to learn how each functions.
What robot would you like to see AESG work on?
Typically anything that we specialize in, whether it’s new or old.
Where do you see yourself in the next two to five years?
I see myself having long-term employment with AESG to grow within the company itself.
What is the most exciting thing you have learned while at AESG?
I’ve learned how to interact confidently with our customers and I have also learned how to sympathize with each customer in any situation from seeing and learning it with Frank.
Furthermore, I have also learned a lot of different work skills and tactics from my fellow co-workers here at AESG.
How would you describe AESG’s actions if you met someone at a trade show or conference?
AESG is a semiconductor manufacturer company which is located in Virginia Beach VA. We specialize in automation equipment in different types of quality and repairs on various robot.
Any other personal information you’d like to include in your bio?
Aside from working at AESG, I have a band where we play music from the 80’s to 90’s for special events and occasions. I also DJ for various occasions as well.
